1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to lyecessentials.com and the ordering, fit and customer-support services available through it (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About LYEC Essentials

LYEC Essentials is a Nairobi-based intimates retailer. The Site lets you browse products, use fit guidance, save a shopping bag, request restock alerts, join our mailing list and place an order for follow-up by our team.

3. Products and fit guidance

• We take care to describe colours, materials, support and sizing accurately, but screens display colour differently and handmade or production batches may vary slightly.
• Fit calculators, size charts and staff recommendations are guidance. Bodies and fit preferences differ, so a recommendation cannot guarantee a particular fit.
• Availability and prices may change before an order is accepted. An item appearing on the Site is not a guarantee that it remains in stock.

4. Orders and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order and its fulfilment with you by phone or WhatsApp.
• Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are confirmed before dispatch and are not included in the displayed subtotal unless expressly shown.
• Payment may be arranged by M-Pesa or another channel we confirm. Never send us a password, PIN or one-time security code.
• We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, details cannot be verified, pricing is clearly erroneous, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be handled according to applicable law.

5. Delivery, exchanges and hygiene

Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by couriers, location, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Our Delivery & Returns page explains current pickup, delivery and size-exchange arrangements.

Because intimates are hygiene-sensitive, returned items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags intact. Nothing in these terms limits a remedy available for defective, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable Kenyan consumer law.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Site's design, words, photographs, graphics, logos and other original material are owned by or licensed to LYEC Essentials. You may browse the Site and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing substantial content, scraping the catalogue, reselling data or using our brand commercially requires prior written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Site may link to WhatsApp, social networks, couriers and other independently operated services. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability, although this does not affect responsibilities we cannot lawfully exclude.

8. Availability and liability

We may maintain, update or withdraw parts of the Site. To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided as available and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Please raise a dispute with us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith; unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

We may update these terms as the Site or law changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Updated terms apply from the stated effective date.
