- Orders confirmed before 4pm are ready for same-day pick up.

Delivery in Nairobi
- Same-day delivery within Nairobi for orders confirmed before 2pm.
- Delivery is via trusted rider services; the fee depends on your location and is confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Pay on delivery is available within Nairobi.
Delivery countrywide
- We deliver everywhere in Kenya via courier and parcel services to your nearest town.
- Upcountry orders are dispatched the same or next business day and typically arrive within 1 to 3 days.
- Payment for upcountry orders is via M-Pesa before dispatch.
Shipping worldwide
- We ship internationally via courier to most countries.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your address and we'll confirm the shipping cost before you pay.
- International orders are paid before dispatch and typically arrive within 5 to 14 days.
Size exchanges
- Wrong size? We exchange unworn bras with tags intact free of charge within 7 days.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the size you need, and we'll arrange the swap.
- For hygiene reasons we cannot resell worn items, so please try your bra on over a thin layer first.
