Acceptable Use

1. Purpose

This policy protects customers, LYEC Essentials and the services that support the Site. It applies whenever you browse, place an order, submit information or interact with a Site feature.

2. Use the Site lawfully

• Do not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or harmful activity.
• Do not impersonate another person, submit false order or delivery information, or use payment details without authority.
• Do not upload or transmit material that infringes privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.

3. Protect the service

• Do not seek unauthorised access to accounts, databases, administrative tools or non-public information.
• Do not introduce malware, probe for vulnerabilities, defeat rate limits, interfere with availability or bypass security controls.
• Do not automate requests, scrape product or customer data, or place bulk or speculative orders in a way that burdens the Site or distorts stock without our written permission.

4. Respect people and content

• Do not use our contact channels to threaten, harass, discriminate against or exploit customers, staff or delivery partners.
• Do not copy, republish or commercially exploit Site content or LYEC branding without permission, except where the law allows it.
• Do not collect or misuse another person's contact, order, fit or account information.

5. Enforcement

We may limit or block access, decline an order, preserve relevant records or report conduct to a service provider or lawful authority where reasonably necessary to protect people, the Site or legal rights. We will act proportionately and nothing here limits remedies available under law.

6. Reporting a concern

If you discover a security issue, misuse or content that may violate this policy, please contact us promptly. Do not publicly disclose a vulnerability or access data beyond what is necessary to describe the issue.
